ISO 37000, which has replaced BS 13500, is designed to provide governing bodies and groups with guidance on the governance of organisations, including key principles and aspects of practices so that they can both benchmark and drive programmes of sound governance improvements.
This one-day ISO 37000:2021 Governance of Organisations Fundamentals training course introduces delegates to governance and the key clauses within the standard. Through engaging modules delegates will learn the link between the primary governance principle (purpose), foundational governance principles, enabling governance principles and governance outcomes in order to understand how to achieve good governance to maintain the organisation’s purpose and values whilst meeting stakeholder expectations.
