PMBL now have a Lead auditor to conduct audits with the most up to date ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Darren attended the February ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training course in Bristol. He now feel much more confident now that he has completed this CQI and IRCA certified course.

What were your training objectives?

Although I have been an auditor for many years and its part of my daily job, I wanted to have formal training and attend a certified Lead Auditor course to help my career development in the years to come.

What learning did you take from the course?

The course was a good level for me and met my expectations. I was able to update my existing knowledge on the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and preparing a formal plan for audits. It also helped in how to deal with difficult situations.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

To have a formal plan ahead of the audit, this makes it easier and I will be implementing this within my work

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

My confidence level has increased having completed the CQI and IRCA certified course and I feel more confident completing audits.

I also now know the ISO 9001 inside and out so my knowledge is the very latest ISO 9001:2015 standard and to Lead Auditor level.

How was the tutor?

Dave was brilliant and his teaching and friendly manner were great and made everyone feel at ease. The course was very practical and the course flowed well.

What was the venue like?

Engineers House in Bristol was very good, parking was on the street as places were limited on site but the venue provided permits for this. It was easy to get to for me.

The food and facilities were very good.

Any advice to delegates?

Be familiar with ISO 9001 standard before the course as this will really help you.

On the training get stuck in, ask questions and join in to get the most from the course.

Would you recommend Bywater?

Yes no problem in recommending at all.
