We offer a range of course delivery options. There is a full programme of scheduled training courses that we run at venues, usually hotels, across the UK. We also provide scheduled online training in our Virtual Classroom. For those with a number of people to train, we offer dedicated courses onsite.
We strongly believe that attendees get maximum value out of their training by participating as much as possible. We ask our tutors to incorporate exercises, discussions and case studies where appropriate to encourage everyone to join in, practise what they are learning, and be ready to apply their new skills immediately.
Many of our attendees remark on the knowledge of our tutors and how they are able to communicate it in an engaging way, making for a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all.
We invite our tutors to suggest new course titles, and to contribute to developing new and existing course content, including materials for any pre-course work and a workbook containing the course presentation that delegates can take away.
We seek feedback after our training courses and are totally committed to continuous improvement in our offerings, and the response of attendees is vital to this process. We will share comments with you, both positive and the occasionally critical, so that we can work together to add value at every stage of the customer experience, from advice and booking to the course itself.
