Stewart is now able to conduct supplier audits against ISO 9001:2015 for Wozair Ltd

Stewart, the group QHSE Manager, from Wozair Ltd recently completed the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training in March 2018 at our training venue in Chatham, Kent.

What were your training objectives?

The reason for me to attend the course is that I am a Lead Auditor in OHSAS 18001 and the company wanted me to become compliant to ISO 9001:2015 as a Lead Auditor. My job role requires me to conduct supplier audits and this course has helped broaden my knowledge on lead auditing for 2 standards.

What learning did you take from the course?

The course gave me the understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and how to interpret them whilst auditing.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

I’ll be able to advise people on the requirements on the standard. I currently discuss auditing with my team who conduct both internal and supplier audits.

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

This has helped my company to be compliant to ISO 9001:2015 and also enables me to give advice on requirements of the management systems.

Dave, the tutor was excellent.

What was the venue like?

I attended the training at your Chatham venue, which I found was very nice and suitable for the requirements of the training event.

Any advice to delegates?

I would say that all delegates should have knowledge of the standard before attending. I found the pre-course work was a lot to do in a busy schedule beforehand so I would recommend that you read through the document before the course and make yourself aware of the standard before attending.

Would you recommend Bywater?
