Learn how to develop and implement a TL 9000 metrics programme specific to your organisation.
This 1-day practical workshop is designed to provide delegates with an overview of the TL 9000 metrics set, based on the additional TL 9000 requirements. Delivered in-company, this workshop is specifically customised to the needs of the organisation and will provide delegates with the foundation knowledge to develop and implement a metrics programme.
This course is suitable for:
- those who will be directly or indirectly involved in the implementation of TL 9000
- anyone who may be audited by internal or external auditors
A prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is strongly recommended.
Key topics include:
- introduction to the QuEST Forum and its purpose
- overview of TL 9000 and the relevance of it to specific business activities
- relationship to ISO 9001 and the additional requirements of TL 9000
- overview of the metrics set and a review of those applicable to specific activities
- implementation of a metrics programme, including data submission as part of the QuEST requirements
- sources of information and further development
By the end of this TL 9000 Metrics workshop, delegates will be able to:
- interpret the basic requirements of TL 9000 and how to apply the measurement processes
- review the metrics applicable to their organisation’s activities
