Booking and payment FAQs
The training delivered by the course tutor, course materials and your certificate at the end of the course are included in the fee.
Residential bookings also include accommodation and breakfast on the intervening nights/mornings of the course.
Residential and non-residential bookings both include lunches and refreshments throughout the course (with the exception of Virtual Classroom training courses).
This provides the delegate with overnight accommodation for each intervening night of the training course and includes breakfast and lunch. All rooms include an en-suite. Many of our venues have added comforts such as onsite gyms and swimming pools.
There is also the option to book an extra night the day before or after the course starts at an additional cost. Should you require an additional night please contact the Training Team on 0333 123 9001.
There are discounts available if you book certain courses together. For example, if you book a Lead Auditor training course together with our Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 training course, you can receive a discount of £100.

Payment for training courses can be made in the following ways:
- BACS payment - our bank details can be found on your invoice, please quote your invoice number as a reference.
- Debit / Credit card - please contact our Training team on 0333 123 9001 to make payment. There is no transaction fee for personal cards and a 1.75% transaction fee for company cards. Payment is taken by telephone.
- Cheques - should be made payable to Bywater Training Ltd and posted to The Accounts Department, Bywater Training, Couchmore House, Littleworth Road, Esher, Surrey. KT10 9TN.
Payment is required in pounds sterling and should be received no later than 30 days prior to the public course start date.

Please complete the booking form for the relevant training course, date and location. The team will then process the booking and send you joining instructions and an invoice.

Yes, when booking through our website you are not required to make payment. Once you reserve your place via our website we will then email an invoice for payment. Payment can be made via BACS, credit/debit card or cheque.
Payment is due 30 days prior to the course start date, or upon receipt of the invoice if the course starts sooner.
We offer free cancellation up to 13 working days before the course date. Please contact our team at contact@bywater.co.uk or call 0333 123 9001.
There is no charge for transferring your first booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify Bywater at least 13 working days before the course starts. Course transfers will only occur if there is a place available for you. Only one free transfer can be made. Each further transfer request will incur an administration charge of £100.00 (excluding VAT).
Late cancellation will be subject to the full course fee being charged.

Yes, you can substitute one person for another on a course at no additional cost. Please inform Bywater in writing as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

All bookings can be cancelled or transferred free of charge up to 13 working days before the course start date. After this invoices will not be refunded or credited.
No claim can be made for a delegate’s inability to attend should the course otherwise run as intended.
