Post course and feedback FAQs

Our courses are designed to be an integral part of a training programme that will introduce you to a subject, develop your skills to higher levels, and/or help you to broaden your skill sets into new areas.

After the training a simple course review questionnaire will be emailed to you – usually when the certificates are issued. We find that we get the best insights once delegates have had time to reflect on the experience. We read all feedback and act on it to improve our training offering.

We are unable to supply you with copies of standards to take away. However, if your organisation is already working towards or has achieved certification to a standard, it is very likely that there is a copy available at your place of work. If not, you can buy a copy on the website of the relevant standards organisation.

Bywater does provide each delegate with a copy of the course workbook, which they can use as a reference during the course, add their own notes, and use as a handy reference when they are back at their desks.
