Great mix of listening and interacting
Karen was great, she explained everything thoroughly and the course was a great mix of listening and interacting, there was a good amount of breaks as the learning can be quite intense. Karen was also great at noticing if/when I wasn’t 100% sure on things or following along and made sure she gave extra help and support where needed.
