Wayne was a great tutor and explained everything perfectly. Went above and beyond with his teaching, both speaking and getting us to do role plays. His knowledge on ISO 9001 is exceptional. I also want to mention that the venue was excellent and the staff and service was excellent including the food. Very welcoming to everyone.

The inherent knowledge around not just this standard but the ISO system as a whole was fantastic. Tutor really allowed us to ask all manner of questions which were answered fully and with a great deal of depth, understanding and personal anecdotes.
