ResetPicked up knowledge of the standard much faster than expected
I found myself analysing performance against specific clauses in the standard during live audits without actually having to refer to the standard. I did not anticipate picking up knowledge of the standard so quickly.

Virtual classroom greatly exceeded expectations
I was not looking forward to doing the course online as I thought it would be looking at a screen for 2 days. It turned out that throughout the course there were plenty of interactive activities and the use of breakout rooms was very good.
