Wayne was a great tutor and explained everything perfectly. Went above and beyond with his teaching, both speaking and getting us to do role plays. His knowledge on ISO 9001 is exceptional. Fantastic insight into the entire ISO system
The inherent knowledge around not just this standard but the ISO system as a whole was fantastic. Tutor really allowed us to ask all manner of questions which were answered fully and with a great deal of depth, understanding and personal anecdotes.

Steve was great and really kept the course interesting and engaging despite this being done remotely which can sometimes be difficult. He shared his life experiences which really helped understand the topics and context as we progressed through the material.
